My friend had recommended this to me, so I was excited to place an order. It actually arrived quickly, which was great, but I do wish the tracking had updated sooner so I wasn’t left wondering where it was

"Scheduling worked, but changes felt a little tricky"
Booking a math lesson on mathishome.com was easy enough, and they did give me a few time slots to pick from. The only annoying part was when I needed to change the appointment. It took a while to hear back, and it kind of felt like they prefer you to stick with the original time instead of making rescheduling too easy. Overall, it was fine, but I wish they were a bit more flexible when plans change

I ended up trying mathishome mostly because the price was lower than a few other options I looked at. I wasn’t sure at first, and I kept telling myself I’d compare more sites when I had time, but between work and everything else, I just needed something simple for my kid. So far, it’s been decent. The lessons and practice materials feel worth the cost, and I don’t feel like we’re getting charged extra for every small thing. It’s nice being able to use it at home without making a big production out of it...

The weird part is, I expected the warranty process to be straightforward, but it ended up feeling slow and not very clear. I had to wait longer than I thought, and the instructions or updates weren’t explained that well. It wasn’t the worst experience, but it definitely could’ve been handled better.

"Assembly Was a Fun Little Disaster"
I had a really rough time putting this together. The instructions were confusing, the parts didn’t line up properly, and what should’ve been a simple install somehow turned into an all-day patience test. Really loved spending extra time guessing what went where because apparently clear directions are overrated. Frustrating from start to finish.

"Why Is Customizing Lessons This Hard?!"
I really wanted to tweak the lessons so they fit my kid’s level better, but wow, it felt way more limited than I expected. Some parts are basically locked in, so instead of adjusting things the way we needed, we had to do all these little workarounds like we were solving a puzzle just to make it usable. The site itself is fine, but I thought there’d be a lot more flexibility for different learning styles and needs. It’s not awful or anything, but if you like having control over the learning setup, it can get frustrating fast

"Arrived fine, just slower than expected"
I ordered from mathishome.com and the package did show up in good shape, so no complaints there. It just took longer than I was expecting, and the tracking was kind of—well, it barely updated, so I wasn’t always sure what was going on. Nothing was damaged or missing, thankfully, I just wish the delivery side of things had been a little smoother.

I ordered my usual size and it ended up fitting really well. It wasn’t too tight or too loose, and the length was just right too. I’ll be honest, after I paid on mathishome.com I started feeling a little unsure and didn’t fully trust how things would go, but the item arrived fine and I’m happy with it overall. "Return process felt frustrating"
I had a rough time trying to return my order. The instructions weren’t very clear, and it took way too long to get replies. I also asked about doing an exchange, but my gut feeling was that I was just being passed around without getting a real answer. It all felt more complicated than it needed to be. Not really what I expected, i don’t think I’d order again.

i mean, the lessons themselves are fine, but the whole billing part was more confusing than it needed to be. My payment didn’t go through the first time, and I couldn’t really tell why from the info they gave me. I also ended up checking my card statement just to make sure I hadn’t been charged twice. Support did get back to me, but it took a bit. Overall, not a terrible experience, just not as smooth as I hoped.

I stopped by Mathis Home to look around, and it was alright overall. They had some nice sofas and a few tables I could actually picture at home, but a lot of the stuff started to feel kind of the same after a while. Some prices seemed fair, others not so much, and that part was a little hard to figure out. It wasn’t a bad shopping trip or anything, I just wish the store had a bit more variety so it didn’t all blend together like that

I ordered from mathishome.com and did curbside pickup the next day, and it was smooth. The email had the instructions laid out clearly, which I appreciated because I always second-guess where I’m supposed to park or check in. Anyway, once I got there, I barely had to wait.
The staff brought everything out quickly, and they were friendly too, which always makes these little errands feel less annoying. My order was correct, it was packed fine, no weird issues or missing stuff. Simple overall, but in a good way. I’d definitely use them again.

I stopped by the showroom and it was fine overall, nothing awful. Most of the place looked clean, but a few corners and displays were noticeably dusty, which was kind of annoying. It didn’t ruin the visit or anything, but it definitely felt like they could stay on top of the tidying a bit more

"I had a small login issue…"
I had a small login issue and messaged support, not expecting much. I kind of figured it would turn into one of those annoying back-and-forth situations, but they proved me wrong. They replied quickly and got everything sorted without making it complicated. The person helping me was nice and patient too, even when I asked a couple of silly questions. Really good customer service, so I’m giving 5 stars...

The staff seemed really busy, so I tried to be patient, but I ended up waiting way too long just to get some simple help. I had a feeling early on that it wasn’t going to be a smooth experience, i should’ve trusted my gut.
